The human voice is one of the most powerful and finest tools available to heal the body & soul. We can say that we are held together by sound, that we are one big resonating sounding board. When we are out of harmony, out of tune, we can learn how to use our own sounds to bring us back into balance. This is a knowledge that we are born with, yet most of us need to be trained how to use it - Our voices, like our fingerprints, are totally unique and can be used as a map to our body and our history. Unlike electronically produced sounds, the human voice can be modulated precisely to attune to whatever areas need attention. Our voices is also linked to our intention, and can directly channel our heart energy as well as our thoughts and consciousness. Sound medicine has been used throughout time. The Story of History says that in the beginning there was the word - a sound vibration. Each sound is the carrier of the message, there are no "false" notes. Any part of the person that is out of balance, from headaches to back pain, overweight and fatique, to emotional, mental and spiritual problems, these can all be healed with sound. Sound vibrations permeate most molecular structures, and therefore can access areas that cannot be reached by any other healing modalities. There is not an area of the human map where sound cannot penetrate and change the vibration, if we allow it to. Healing sounds are strong medicine. The healing power of our innate voice is remarkable, powerful and magical. We own an instrument that we have barely known, yet it is a direct doorway to the Source and to ultimate healing. To liberate the voice from suppression and separation is to free our linear mind; to come back to our original language where everything begins and exits, awakening our premordial self and touching the very core of our being. Listen to your own voice beyond the words and you will hear that the voice is resonating in tones and frequences. There is a message in the tone of our voice, it reflects what we feel in the moment and who we are. Within our cellular memory there is a rememberance of wholeness, an enherited wisdom of knowingness. The dolphins and whales for example are that experience. Human kind can wake up and accelerate the process to be here, to be where we actually want to be the whole time. Take a deep breath and then let out a sound of sighing, the feeling of "finally I can relax ..." Feel how your entire body is melting into sound frequences as you continue to do these sounds for a couple of minutes. Now let these tones and sounds flow into " what else do I have to say and express..." And now continuously express it through sound without judging yourself. It might not be the nicest sounds, but surely they will give you a sensation of release ... letting go and having fun in playing with the sounds.
